Crypto Payment Fees
How are payments for USDT handled on your platform?
We use a pegging system to ensure a stable exchange rate for the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Buying Price (for Buyers): If you are a buyer paying with USDT, we set the exchange rate at Rp 17,000 per USDT.
- Selling Price (for Sellers): If you are a seller withdrawing your balance into USDT, we set the exchange rate at Rp 15,000 per USDT.
The difference of Rp 2,000 is the platform's fee, which is used to maintain service stability and cover fluctuation in crypto markets.
What fees are involved in a transaction?
There are two main types of fees you need to be aware of:
- Processing Fee (Marketplace including payment processor): When a buyer makes a payment, Marketplace will charges a 10% processing fee on the total transaction amount. This fee is paid by the buyer.
- Network Fee: This fee is paid to the blockchain validators and varies depending on the network you choose. This fee is only applied when you withdraw your USDT balance from our platform.
What is the total cost for a buyer?
A buyer will pay for the item's price converted to Crypto, plus a 10% processing fees. The network fee to send the funds to our wallet is typically included in the final amount calculated by CoinPayments during checkout.
Example for a Buyer:
Item price: Rp 170,000
Exchange rate: Rp 17,000 per USDT
USDT amount (before fees): $Rp \ 170,000 \div Rp \ 17,000 = 10 \text{ USDT}$
Processing fee (10%): $10 \text{ USDT} \times 1\% = \textbf{1 USDT}$
Total for buyer: $10 + 1 = \textbf{11 USDT}$
(Note: This does not include the network fee, which varies and will be added during checkout.)
What are the fees for a seller?
A seller is only charged normal Pasdigi Marketplace fees and a network fee when they withdraw their balance. There are no additional fees from our marketplace or CoinPayments.net. The amount of the network fee depends on the chosen network.
